# How old do you have to be to work at Domino's?

You can work at Domino's from age 15 at some locations, but most restaurants hire at 16. Most Domino's locations are independently owned franchises, and each owner sets their own minimum age. State law can raise the age.

Most Domino's stores are franchised, and each owner sets its own age. Most in-store postings (customer service rep, pizza maker) say 16. Some franchisees in MN, IA, TX and WI take 15-year-olds, and some stores require 18. Delivery drivers must be 18 with a valid license.
