# How old do you have to be to work at Hollister?

Hollister doesn't publish a minimum age for its entry-level jobs, and the postings we checked don't state one. Your state's law sets the floor.

Hollister, owned by Abercrombie & Fitch Co., doesn't publish a minimum hiring age. Its US store postings (Brand Representative, Stock Associate, Key Lead) list duties, availability and pay but no age requirement; we checked about 140 Hollister Brand Representative postings in 29 states in October 2026. All stores are company-run, and your state's child-labor law still applies.
