Bath & Body Works doesn't publish a minimum age for its store sales jobs. Its seasonal sales associate, sales support and key holder postings list duties, availability and pay but no age; we checked about 40 US store postings in 18 states in October 2026. One store security role (Safe & Secure Ambassador) requires 18+. Stores are company-run, and your state's child-labor law still applies.
