State follows federal FLSA limits for almost all employers. Wyoming DWS says nearly every employer is covered by federal law. Wyoming's own rules (W.S. 27-6-106 to -116) cover only very small employers outside federal law (2 or fewer employees, under $500,000 in sales, no interstate goods, cash-only). Those rules: no more than 8 hours in any 12-hour period, and no work before 5 a.m. or after 10 p.m. before a school day (midnight before other days). Minors not in school may work 8 hours between 5 a.m. and midnight. No state limits beyond federal (none for 16–17).

Breaks: No break rule specific to minors found in Wyoming DWS child labor materials.
