H-E-B's careers FAQ says the minimum age is 16 for Curbies, Shoppers, Baggers (Customer Service Assistants) and Checkers, 21 for all driver roles, and 18 for all other positions. H-E-B doesn't hire 14- or 15-year-olds, even though Texas law would allow it.
